How to delete my account and Data?

To delete your account, go to account settings by clicking on the profile image at the top right of the W3Layouts home page.  

You’ll be moved to the dashboard of your account where you can find the “Delete Account” option, select delete account then you’ll be asked your password to confirm your account deletion. 

Provide your password and click confirm button to get your account deleted. 

What if you login with social media?

If you log in through social media accounts like Gmail, Facebook, Twitter, and GitHub. There will be an interruption while deleting the account to avoid such an issue you need to generate a new password.  

So, how to generate a new password for a social media logged-in W3Layouts account.

Go to the “lost password?” option on the login page submit your Email id registered with your social media click on reset and generate your new password through the link which is received on the email. 

After generating the new password, you can delete your account using this newly generated password. 

Advertising

Ads appearing on our site may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies. These cookies allow the ad server to recognize your computer each time they send you an online advertisement to compile non personal identification information about you or others who use your computer. This information allows ad networks to, among other things, deliver targeted advertisements that they believe will be of most interest to you. Terms and Conditions

Keeping in mind the Terms and Conditions (the “license”) published by our company that are mentioned below, our website agrees to give you a non-exclusive limited license to access the web templates and similar commodities that are marketed via this website (http://w3layouts.com/) (the “products”).

1. Template Licensing & Usage

Our customers have full liberty to use all our web templates on any number of websites. Only rule is not to remove “design by w3layouts” at the footer of each template. If you want to remove the copyright from the footer you need to pay and download paid version.

2. Browser Compatibility

We consider it our duty to offer a great experience across most major browsers which is why our templates support the latest modern web browsers including (but not limited to) Firefox, Safari, Chrome & Internet Explorer 9+. However, the performance may vary between different browsers, versions, and operating systems.

Photoshop Files License

The original Photoshop design files for our templates are licensed and copyrighted by w3layouts so you are not permitted to redistribute these files.

3. Updates

Customers who make individual template purchases will be able to get access to template updates. The club members will also be able to get access to these updates for all the templates that are available to them till the time their subscription remains active.

Even though there is no guarantee that the older templates will be compatible with future versions of browsers, all templates are designed to work with the latest available version of browsers.

4. Template Compatibility

The templates are developed to be compatible with any device with a browser because we always strive to stay up-to-date with the latest technics of responsive HTML coding. if you face any problem we are always available to support at support.w3layouts.com

5. Delivery

Your Templates information will be emailed to the email address (that you will provide) once we receive your payment. Even though this usually takes a few minutes, it may also take up to 24 hours. You can contact us through our contact page if you do not receive our email after waiting for this time period. You will have access to purchased templates/bundle and the support forum after logging in with the given credentials.

Note: The PayPal.com sales receipt is regarded as adequate financial information so invoices will not be available for your purchases/subscriptions.

6. Ownership

All the products are the property of w3layouts so you may not claim ownership (intellectual or exclusive) over any of our products, modified or unmodified. Our products come ‘as is’, without any kind of warranty, either expressed or implied. Under no circumstances can our juridical person be accountable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses originating from the employment of or incapacity to use our products.

7. Site Content

All the content published on the w3layouts.com domain including images, site content published on the showcase and on the blog, belongs to w3layouts and is under copyright. Any reproduction of the site content has to be authorized and distinctly referenced back to the source. Written consent of w3layouts is required before the w3layouts website is used or exploited for any commercial and non-private purpose. Though the content published on demo sites is non-exclusive and is not copyrighted.

8. Refund Policy

Since the w3layouts products are impalpable goods that are digitally delivered, please be sure you have selected the right template before you pay. We practice 15 days refund policy so if you experience any difficulties with one of the digital download products or if you undergo any problems with downloading it, we will be more than happy to help you to fix it fell free to contact us.

9. Support

W3layouts provides the templates and designs ‘as is’, with no guarantee that they will work exactly according to your wishes or with all 3rd party components and plugins. In addition, we do not offer support through any means for installation, customization or administration of your end setup.

10. Price Changes

W3layouts reserves the right to modify or suspend (temporarily or permanently) a subscription at any point of time and from time to time with or without any notice. Prices of all the products and subscription fees, including but not limited to monthly subscription plan fees can change upon 30 days notice from us. Such changes can be notified via posting it to the W3layouts website at any point of time.

11. Warranty

We at W3layouts do not guarantee or provide warranty for the functionality of these templates/themes in any way. There is no guarantee for its compatibility with all 3rd party components, plugins and web browsers. You should however test the browser compatibility against the demonstration templates on the demo server. It is your responsibility to make sure browser compatibility since we can not guarantee that W3layouts templates/themes will work with all browsers.

12. Membership cancellation

Cancelling your Membership Subscription means you lose access to the all premium template downloads, updates and Support.
